Method
- Dissolve yeast in warm milk with sugar and let sit until foamy.
- Mix flour, salt, eggs, melted butter, orange zest, and juice to form a soft dough.
- Knead dough until smooth and elastic. Cover and let rise until doubled.
- Cut dough into small pieces.
- Dip each piece into melted butter, then coat in brown sugar and orange zest.
- Layer dough pieces into a greased bundt pan.
- Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 30–35 minutes until golden.
- Mix glaze ingredients and drizzle over warm monkey bread.
Notes
Best served warm. Add cream cheese pieces for extra richness.
