- Heat olive oil and butter in a large pot. Add garlic and cook until fragrant.
- Add mushrooms and cook until softened and lightly browned.

- Add pasta and broth. Stir to submerge pasta.
- Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and cook covered for 10 minutes.
- Add heavy cream and spinach. Stir until spinach wilts.
- Stir in parmesan cheese until melted and creamy.
- Adjust thickness by adding more broth or simmering briefly. Serve warm.
