One-Pot Creamy Spicy Garlic Butter Steak & Pasta

Ingredients
  

Steak Pasta
  • 1 lb sirloin steak thinly sliced
  • 3 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 6 cloves garlic minced
  • 1-2 tsp crushed red pepper flakes to taste
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • salt & black pepper to taste
  • 3 cups beef broth
  • 8 oz pasta any small shape
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup Parmesan grated
  • 2 tbsp tomato paste
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • fresh parsley chopped, for garnish

Equipment

Method
 

  1. Season and sear the steak in butter and oil until browned, then set aside.
  2. Add remaining butter, garlic, red pepper, and onion powder. Cook until fragrant.
  3. Stir in tomato paste and cook until slightly darkened.
  4. Add beef broth and Worcestershire. Bring to a boil.
  5. Add pasta and simmer until tender, about 10–12 minutes.
  6. Stir in cream and Parmesan. Simmer until creamy.
  7. Return steak to skillet and toss to coat.
  8. Serve hot with parsley and more Parmesan.

Notes

Adjust spice to preference. Use ribeye for extra tenderness.
