- Season chicken with salt, pepper, and smoked paprika.
- Heat olive oil and 1 tbsp butter in a skillet; sear chicken until golden, then remove.
- Add remaining butter and sauté garlic until fragrant.
- Stir in honey and soy sauce to create a glaze.
- Add rice to the pan and stir to coat in the sauce.
- Pour in chicken broth and bring to a gentle simmer.
- Return chicken to the skillet, cover, and cook 18–22 minutes.
- Finish with lemon juice and garnish with parsley.
Notes
For extra caramelization, broil chicken for 2 minutes after cooking.
