- Brown sausage in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add garlic and onion; sauté until softened.
- Pour in chicken broth and cream; stir in seasonings.
- Add gnocchi, cover, and simmer 6–8 minutes.
- Stir in Parmesan until melted.
- Add spinach and wilt, then adjust seasoning.
- Serve warm with herbs and extra Parmesan.
Notes
For extra richness, stir in 1 tbsp butter at the end.
