Ingredients
  

Pork Loin
  • 3-4 lb pork loin boneless
  • 2 cups Coca-Cola not diet
  • 0.33 cup ketchup
  • 0.25 cup brown sugar packed
  • 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 0.5 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tbsp olive oil

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 325°F (165°C). Pat pork loin dry.
  2. Season pork with salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and smoked paprika.
  3. Sear pork loin in olive oil until browned on all sides.
  4. Mix Coca-Cola, ketchup, brown sugar, Worcestershire, soy sauce, and apple cider vinegar.
  5. Pour sauce over pork, cover, and roast for 60 minutes.
  6. Uncover, baste, and roast an additional 25–35 minutes.
  7. Rest pork for 10 minutes before slicing.
  8. Serve with extra glaze spooned over the top.

Notes

Use full-strength Coca-Cola for best caramelization.
