- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line baking sheets.
- Whisk dry ingredients together.
- Cream butter and sugar until fluffy.
- Add eggs and vanilla, mixing well.
- Mix in dry ingredients and milk.
- Fold in fruit and nuts.
- Drop spoonfuls onto baking sheet.
- Bake 12–15 minutes and cool.
Notes
For deeper flavor, soak raisins in rum before mixing.
