Ingredients
  

Roasted Cauliflower
  • 1 large cauliflower cut into florets
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp ground cumin
  • 1 tsp ground coriander
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • 0.25 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 0.75 tsp salt
  • 0.5 tsp black pepper
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
Tahini-Honey Sauce
  • 0.33 cup tahini
  • 3 tbsp honey
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice fresh
  • 2 tbsp warm water more as needed
  • 0.25 tsp salt

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a baking sheet.
  2. Toss cauliflower florets with olive oil, spices, salt, pepper, and garlic.
  3. Spread cauliflower evenly on baking sheet.
  4. Roast for 30–35 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden and crisp.
  5. Whisk tahini, honey, lemon juice, salt, and warm water until smooth.
  6. Drizzle sauce over roasted cauliflower and garnish as desired.

Notes

Adjust honey and lemon to taste. Serve warm for best flavor.
