Method
- Place chuck roast into the slow cooker.
- Sprinkle ranch seasoning evenly over the roast.
- Sprinkle au jus gravy mix evenly over the roast.
- Place butter on top of the roast.
- Add pepperoncini peppers around the meat.
- Pour pepperoncini juice around the roast.
- Cover and cook on LOW for 8 hours or HIGH for 5 hours.
- Shred the meat with forks and stir into the juices.
Notes
Adjust pepperoncini juice to taste for more or less tang.
