Method
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease baking dish.
- Cook lasagna noodles until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- Brown beef and sausage with onion and garlic. Stir in sauce and simmer.
- Mix ricotta, cream cheese, sour cream, egg, and cheeses until smooth.
- Layer sauce, noodles, cheese mixture repeatedly in baking dish.
- Top with remaining cheese. Cover and bake 30 minutes.
- Uncover and bake 15–20 minutes until golden and bubbly.
- Rest 15 minutes before slicing and serving.
Notes
Allow lasagna to rest before cutting for clean slices.
