Method
- Mix all filling ingredients in a bowl until combined.
- Place filling in center of wonton wrappers and seal edges with water.
- Heat oil to 350°F (175°C).
- Fry wontons until golden and crispy, about 2–3 minutes per side.
- Drain and serve hot with dipping sauces.
Notes
Can be baked or air-fried for a lighter option.
