Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb fresh spinach chopped
  • 1 onion diced
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 cup feta cheese crumbled
  • 1 egg beaten
  • 12 sheets phyllo dough

Method
 

  1. Sauté onion and garlic in olive oil until soft.
  2. Add spinach and cook until wilted, then drain excess liquid.
  3. Mix spinach with feta, egg, herbs, and seasoning.
  4. Layer phyllo sheets with oil and add filling.
  5. Roll, brush with oil, and bake until golden.
