  • 0.5 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp thyme
Caramelized Onions
  • 2 yellow onions sliced
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • salt pinch

Method
 

  1. Whisk together maple syrup, mustard, oil, garlic, and seasonings.
  2. Sear pork until browned, then roast until cooked through.
