- Preheat oven to 400°F (205°C). Line a 9×5-inch loaf pan with parchment paper.
- Beat cream cheese until smooth. Gradually add sugar and mix until incorporated.
- Add eggs one at a time, blending gently.
- Mix in heavy cream and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Fold in flour and salt until just combined.
- Pour batter into prepared loaf pan, smoothing the top.
- Bake for 45–55 minutes until the top is golden and center jiggles slightly.
- Cool at room temperature for 1–2 hours, then refrigerate at least 4 hours.
- Lift using parchment overhang, slice, and serve with garnish.

Chill overnight for best texture.
