- Slice cucumbers and sprinkle lightly with salt. Let drain 20–30 minutes.
- Pat cucumbers completely dry to remove excess moisture.
- Whisk sour cream, mayonnaise, lemon juice, garlic powder, pepper, and paprika until smooth.
- Stir in chopped dill.
- Add cucumbers and toss gently to coat.
- Fold in bacon, reserving some for garnish.
- Chill at least 30 minutes before serving.
Notes
For best texture, serve within 24 hours and garnish with fresh bacon just before serving.
