Method
- Preheat a skillet or griddle over medium heat.
- Season cooked chicken with garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Brush one side of each bread slice with olive oil or butter.
- Spread sauce on the non-oiled side of bread.
- Layer chicken, cheese, and avocado onto the bread.
- Top with remaining bread slices, oiled side up.
- Cook sandwiches 3–4 minutes per side until golden and cheese is melted.
- Remove, slice, and serve warm.
Notes
Use ripe avocados and serve immediately for best texture.
