Ingredients
  

Fish Bites
  • 1 lb white fish fillets bite-sized pieces
  • 0.5 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 large eggs beaten
  • 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • 4 tbsp unsalted butter melted
  • 2 tbsp fresh lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp parsley chopped
  • 0.5 tsp salt
  • 0.25 tsp black pepper

Equipment

  • Mixing bowls

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F and prepare baking sheet.
  2. Mix mayonnaise, garlic, lemon juice, salt, and pepper for aioli and refrigerate.
  3. Dredge fish in flour, dip in eggs, coat with breadcrumbs.
  4. Drizzle lemon butter over fish and bake 12–15 minutes, flipping halfway.
  5. Garnish with parsley and serve with garlic aioli.

Notes

Do not overcrowd baking sheet. Serve immediately for best texture.
