Method
- Preheat oven to 400°F and prepare baking sheet.
- Mix mayonnaise, garlic, lemon juice, salt, and pepper for aioli and refrigerate.
- Dredge fish in flour, dip in eggs, coat with breadcrumbs.
- Drizzle lemon butter over fish and bake 12–15 minutes, flipping halfway.
- Garnish with parsley and serve with garlic aioli.
Notes
Do not overcrowd baking sheet. Serve immediately for best texture.
