Ingredients
  

Steak Marinade
  • 1 lb flank steak
  • 0.25 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp brown sugar
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
Spicy Cream Sauce
  • 0.5 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp gochujang

Method
 

  1. Marinate steak for at least 30 minutes.
  2. Mix spicy cream sauce ingredients.
  3. Cook steak over high heat until caramelized.
  4. Rest and slice steak against the grain.
  5. Assemble bowls with rice, steak, and sauce.
