Ingredients
  

Pork
  • 1.5 lb pork shoulder thinly sliced
  • 3 tbsp gochujang
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce

Equipment

  • Large skillet or grill pan
  • Mixing bowls
  • Tongs

Method
 

  1. Mix marinade ingredients and coat pork thoroughly.
  2. Marinate pork for at least 1 hour.
  3. Cook pork over medium-high heat until caramelized.
  4. Garnish and serve hot.

Notes

Best served immediately with rice and lettuce wraps.
