Ingredients
  

Creamer Base
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 2 tbsp pumpkin purée unsweetened
  • 2-3 tbsp monk fruit sweetener powdered
  • 1 tsp pumpkin spice blend
  • 0.5 tsp cinnamon
  • 0.25 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 0.5 cup unsweetened almond milk optional, for thinning

Equipment

  • Small saucepan
  • Whisk
  • Blender
  • Glass jar

Method
 

  1. Add all ingredients to a small saucepan over low heat.
  2. Whisk continuously until warmed and fully combined. Do not boil.
  3. Remove from heat and allow to cool slightly.
  4. Transfer mixture to a blender and blend until smooth.
  5. Adjust sweetness or thickness if needed.
  6. Store in a sealed jar in the refrigerator up to 7 days.

Notes

Shake well before each use. Suitable for keto and low-carb diets.
