  • 8 oz cream cheese softened
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 2 jalapeños diced
  • 0.5 tsp garlic powder
  • 0.25 tsp salt
  • 0.25 tsp black pepper
Breading
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 eggs
  • 1.5 cups breadcrumbs
  • 2 cups vegetable oil for frying

Method
 

  1. Slice onions and prepare paired rings.
  2. Mix filling ingredients until smooth.
  3. Stuff rings and freeze 30–45 minutes.

  6. Fry until golden and crispy.
