- Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C). Line a springform pan with parchment paper, letting it overhang the edges.
- Beat cream cheese and sugar until completely smooth and creamy.
- Add eggs one at a time, mixing gently after each addition.
- Mix in heavy cream, vanilla extract, and salt until just combined.
- Sift in flour and mix gently until fully incorporated.
- Pour batter into prepared pan and smooth the top.
- Bake for 40–50 minutes until the top is deeply golden brown and the center jiggles slightly.
- Cool completely, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.
Notes
For best texture, use full-fat ingredients and avoid overbaking. The center should remain slightly jiggly.
