Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup water hot
  • 2 tsp English breakfast tea or 2 tea bags
  • 0.5 cup milk dairy or plant-based
  • 1-2 tsp honey or sugar to taste
  • 0.25 tsp vanilla extract optional
  • 1 cup ice cubes

Method
 

  1. Bring water to a boil and steep English breakfast tea for 4–5 minutes for a strong brew.
  2. Remove tea bags or strain leaves and allow tea to cool completely.
  3. Fill a tall glass with ice cubes.
  4. Pour cooled tea over the ice.
  5. Add milk and sweetener to taste.
  6. Stir gently, add vanilla if using, and serve immediately.

Notes

Adjust sweetness and milk ratio to personal preference. For stronger flavor, brew tea longer.
