Ingredients
  

Latte Base
  • 2 English breakfast tea bags
  • 1 cup hot water
  • 1 cup cold milk any kind
  • 1 cup ice cubes
Optional
  • 1-2 tsp sweetener sugar or honey

Equipment

  • Mixing bowls
  • Baking sheet
  • Wire rack
  • Hand mixer or stand mixer

Method
 

  1. Steep two tea bags in 1 cup hot water for 4–5 minutes.
  2. Add sweetener if desired while tea is warm.
  3. Let the tea cool for 3 minutes.
  4. Fill a glass with ice.
  5. Pour tea over the ice.
  6. Top with cold milk and stir.

Notes

For stronger flavor, brew tea longer or use 3 bags.
