Method
- Mix hung curd with lemon juice, salt, black pepper, and herbs until creamy.
- Prepare vegetables: chop cucumber, tomato, bell pepper, and grate carrot.
- Spread hung curd mixture on one slice of bread and layer vegetables on top.
- Place second bread slice on top, press gently. Optionally toast with butter or ghee.
- Cut diagonally and serve immediately with chutney or side salad.
