Ingredients
  

Flatbread Base
  • 2 flatbreads or naan
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
Toppings
  • 8 oz burrata cheese room temperature
  • 3 tbsp hot honey
  • 0.33 cup pistachios chopped
  • 1 tbsp fresh thyme
  • 0.25 tsp crushed red pepper flakes optional
  • 0.25 tsp flaky sea salt
  • 0.25 tsp black pepper freshly cracked

Equipment

  • Mixing bowls
  • Baking sheet
  • Wire rack
  • Hand mixer or stand mixer

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C) and heat a baking sheet inside.
  2. Brush flatbreads lightly with olive oil on both sides.
  3. Place flatbreads on hot baking sheet and bake for 6–8 minutes, flipping once.
  4. Remove flatbreads from oven and immediately tear burrata over the top.
  5. Drizzle hot honey evenly across the flatbreads.
  6. Sprinkle pistachios, thyme, red pepper flakes, salt, and black pepper.
  7. Slice and serve warm.

Notes

Best served immediately while the flatbread is warm and burrata is creamy.
