Method
- Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C) and heat a baking sheet inside.
- Brush flatbreads lightly with olive oil on both sides.
- Place flatbreads on hot baking sheet and bake for 6–8 minutes, flipping once.
- Remove flatbreads from oven and immediately tear burrata over the top.
- Drizzle hot honey evenly across the flatbreads.
- Sprinkle pistachios, thyme, red pepper flakes, salt, and black pepper.
- Slice and serve warm.
Notes
Best served immediately while the flatbread is warm and burrata is creamy.
