Ingredients
  

Gnocchi
  • 500 g potato gnocchi
  • 2 cups vegetable oil for frying
Honey Glaze
  • 3 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 0.5 cup honey
  • 0.5 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp lemon zest

Method
 

  1. Boil gnocchi in salted water until they float. Drain and pat dry completely.
  2. Heat oil in a skillet and fry gnocchi in batches until golden and crisp. Drain on paper towels.
  3. Melt butter in a pan, add honey, cinnamon, vanilla, and lemon zest. Stir gently.
  4. Toss fried gnocchi in honey glaze until evenly coated.
  5. Serve warm with optional powdered sugar or ice cream.
