Ingredients
  

Vegetables & Glaze
  • 2 cups carrots sliced diagonally
  • 2 cups green beans trimmed
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 clove garlic minced
  • to taste salt
  • to taste pepper
  • 1 tsp fresh thyme or parsley optional for garnish

Method
 

  1. Heat butter and olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add minced garlic and sauté for 30 seconds until fragrant.
  3. Add carrots and cook 4–5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  4. Add green beans and cook 4–5 minutes until tender-crisp.
  5. Drizzle honey over vegetables and stir to coat, cooking 1–2 minutes until glaze thickens.
  6. Season with salt and pepper, garnish with thyme or parsley, and serve warm.
