Method
- Pat chicken dry and toss with cornstarch, salt, and pepper.
- Heat oil in a skillet and sear chicken until golden brown.
- Add garlic to skillet and cook until fragrant.
- Stir in honey, soy sauce, and butter.
- Return chicken to skillet and toss until glazed and sticky.
- Simmer 2–3 minutes until sauce thickens.
- Garnish with parsley or sesame seeds and serve.
