Method
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Pat salmon fillets dry and season with salt, pepper, and paprika.
- Whisk together melted butter, honey, garlic, soy sauce, and lemon juice for the glaze.
- Place salmon on baking sheet and brush generously with glaze.
- Bake for 12–15 minutes until salmon flakes easily; broil 1–2 minutes if desired.
- Garnish with parsley and lemon wedges; drizzle remaining glaze if desired.
Notes
Store leftovers in the refrigerator up to 2 days. Reheat gently to prevent drying.
