Ingredients
  

Salmon
  • 4 salmon fillets 6 oz each
  • salt to taste
  • black pepper to taste
  • 0.5 tsp paprika optional
Glaze
  • 4 tbsp unsalted butter melted
  • 3 tbsp honey
  • 4 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce optional
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
Finishing
  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley chopped
  • lemon wedges for serving

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Pat salmon fillets dry and season with salt, pepper, and paprika.
  3. Whisk together melted butter, honey, garlic, soy sauce, and lemon juice for the glaze.
  4. Place salmon on baking sheet and brush generously with glaze.
  5. Bake for 12–15 minutes until salmon flakes easily; broil 1–2 minutes if desired.
  6. Garnish with parsley and lemon wedges; drizzle remaining glaze if desired.

Notes

Store leftovers in the refrigerator up to 2 days. Reheat gently to prevent drying.
