Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup almond flour
  • 0.5 cup peanut butter natural
  • 0.25 cup maple syrup
  • 1 cup Medjool dates pitted
  • 0.75 cup roasted peanuts
  • 1 cup dairy-free chocolate chips
  • 2 tbsp coconut oil melted

Method
 

  1. Mix almond flour, peanut butter, maple syrup, and vanilla until dough forms.
  2. Press mixture into a parchment-lined loaf pan.
  3. Blend dates with maple syrup until smooth.
  4. Spread caramel over nougat layer.
  5. Sprinkle peanuts evenly over caramel.
  6. Melt chocolate with coconut oil and pour over peanuts.
  7. Chill for at least 2 hours before slicing.
