Method
- Combine cranberries, strawberries, orange juice, water, and sugar in a large saucepan.
- Stir in cinnamon, cloves, and nutmeg.
- Bring mixture to a boil and cook for 10–12 minutes until cranberries burst.
- Mash the fruit with a masher to desired texture and reduce heat.
- Add orange zest and lemon juice; simmer 5–10 more minutes until thickened.
- Let cool slightly, then transfer to sterilized jars and refrigerate.
Notes
Jam thickens further as it cools. Freeze for long-term storage.
