Dough
  • 3 cups all-purpose flour
  • 0.5 cup cornmeal
  • 2 tsp instant yeast
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 cup warm water
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 3 tbsp butter melted
Filling
  • 12 oz mozzarella cheese sliced
  • 12 oz Italian sausage cooked
Sauce
  • 28 oz crushed tomatoes
  • 2 tbsp tomato paste
  • 2 garlic cloves minced
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • 1 tsp dried basil

Method
 

  1. Mix dough ingredients and allow dough to rise.
