Ingredients
  

Dip Base
  • 2 cups Greek yogurt thick, plain
  • 1 cup radishes finely grated and drained
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice fresh
  • 1 tbsp olive oil extra virgin
  • 2 tbsp fresh dill chopped
  • 0.5 tsp salt
  • 0.25 tsp black pepper

Method
 

  1. Wash and finely grate the radishes. Place them in a clean kitchen towel and squeeze out excess moisture.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine Greek yogurt, grated radishes, minced garlic, lemon juice, and olive oil.
  3. Stir until smooth and well blended.
  4. Fold in chopped dill, salt, and black pepper.
  5. Taste and adjust seasoning if needed.
  6. Cover and refrigerate for at least 20 minutes before serving for best flavor.

Notes

Drain radishes thoroughly to maintain a thick, creamy texture.
