Method
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line baking sheets with parchment paper.
- Mash bananas in a medium bowl until smooth.
- Add nut butter, vanilla, cinnamon, and salt. Mix well.
- Stir in oats until a thick batter forms.
- Fold in any optional add-ins.
- Scoop dough onto baking sheets using a tablespoon and flatten.
- Bake 12–14 minutes until set and lightly golden. Cool on racks.
- Serve immediately or store in an airtight container.
Notes
Use extra ripe bananas for maximum sweetness.
