Healthy Homemade Nutella

Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups roasted hazelnuts skins removed
  • 3 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 3-4 tbsp honey or maple syrup to taste
  • 2 tbsp coconut oil melted
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 0.25 tsp sea salt
  • 3-5 tbsp almond milk as needed

Equipment

  • Food processor
  • Spatula
  • Glass jar

Method
 

  1. Blend roasted hazelnuts in a food processor until smooth and creamy.
  2. Add cocoa powder, sweetener, coconut oil, vanilla, and salt.
  3. Blend until glossy and fully combined.
  4. Add almond milk gradually until desired consistency is reached.
  5. Transfer to jar and cool before storing.

Notes

Texture thickens when chilled. Stir before use.
