Method
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease donut pan.
- Whisk dry ingredients together in a bowl.
- Beat wet ingredients in separate bowl.
- Fold dry ingredients into wet ingredients until smooth.
- Spoon batter into donut pan, ¾ full.
- Bake 12–15 minutes, cool 5 minutes, transfer to wire rack.
- Melt chocolate and coconut oil, drizzle over cooled donuts.
Notes
Do not overmix to keep donuts soft; adjust sweetness as desired.
