Ingredients
  

Sliders
  • 12 slider rolls
  • 12 slices ham thinly sliced
  • 6 slices cheese Swiss or cheddar
Butter Glaze
  • 0.5 cup unsalted butter melted
  • 1 tbsp mustard
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp poppy seeds
  • 0.5 tsp garlic powder
  • 0.5 tsp onion powder

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a baking dish.
  2. Slice rolls horizontally and place bottom half in dish.
  3. Layer ham and cheese evenly over the rolls.
  4. Place top half of rolls on and press gently.
  5. Mix melted butter with mustard, Worcestershire sauce, seasonings, and poppy seeds.
  6. Brush butter mixture generously over the sliders.
  7. Cover with foil and bake 15 minutes.
  8. Uncover and bake 8–10 minutes until golden.

Notes

Let sliders rest briefly before slicing for clean edges.
