- Mix Oreo crumbs with softened cream cheese until fully combined.
- Roll mixture into evenly sized balls and place on parchment-lined baking sheet.
- Freeze truffle balls for 20–30 minutes until firm.
- Melt green candy melts according to package directions.
- Dip chilled truffles into melted chocolate, coating completely.
- Place truffles back on parchment and immediately top with red heart sprinkles.
- Let chocolate set completely before serving or storing.
