Ingredients
  

Cookie Batter
  • 1.5 cups self-rising flour
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt plain, unsweetened
  • 1 tbsp olive oil optional
  • 0.25 tsp garlic powder optional
  • 1 pinch salt optional
Filling
  • 1 cup pizza sauce for topping
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese shredded
  • 0.5 cup toppings of choice

Equipment

  • Mixing bowls
  • Baking sheet
  • Wire rack
  • Hand mixer or stand mixer

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Combine self-rising flour with garlic powder and optional salt.
  3. Add Greek yogurt and mix into a dough.
  4. Knead lightly on a floured surface until smooth.
  5. Shape the dough into a pizza crust.
  6. Pre-bake the crust for 8 minutes.
  7. Spread pizza sauce and add toppings.
  8. Bake 8–12 minutes until golden and melted.

Notes

If dough is sticky, add flour 1 tablespoon at a time.
