- Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Combine self-rising flour with garlic powder and optional salt.
- Add Greek yogurt and mix into a dough.
- Knead lightly on a floured surface until smooth.
- Shape the dough into a pizza crust.
- Pre-bake the crust for 8 minutes.
- Spread pizza sauce and add toppings.
- Bake 8–12 minutes until golden and melted.
Notes
If dough is sticky, add flour 1 tablespoon at a time.
