Ingredients
  

Pizza Base
  • 1 lb pizza dough
White Garlic Sauce
  • 2 bulbs garlic roasted
  • 0.5 cup Greek yogurt
  • 0.25 cup heavy cream
  • 0.25 cup Parmesan cheese grated
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 0.5 tsp salt
  • 0.25 tsp black pepper
Toppings
  • 2 cups fresh spinach wilted
  • 1.5 cups mozzarella cheese shredded
  • 0.5 cup feta cheese crumbled
  • 1 tsp dried oregano

Equipment

  • Baking sheet or pizza stone
  • Mixing bowls
  • Foil
  • Oven

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C). Place pizza stone inside if using.
  2. Cut tops off garlic bulbs, drizzle with olive oil, wrap in foil, and roast 35–40 minutes until soft.
  3. Sauté spinach until wilted, then drain excess moisture.
  4. Mash roasted garlic and mix with Greek yogurt, cream, Parmesan, salt, and pepper.
  5. Roll out pizza dough and transfer to baking surface.
  6. Spread white garlic sauce evenly over dough.
  7. Top with spinach, mozzarella, feta, and oregano.
  8. Bake 12–15 minutes until crust is golden and cheese is bubbly.

Notes

Add olives or artichokes for extra Greek flavor.
