Method
- Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C). Place pizza stone inside if using.
- Cut tops off garlic bulbs, drizzle with olive oil, wrap in foil, and roast 35–40 minutes until soft.
- Sauté spinach until wilted, then drain excess moisture.
- Mash roasted garlic and mix with Greek yogurt, cream, Parmesan, salt, and pepper.
- Roll out pizza dough and transfer to baking surface.
- Spread white garlic sauce evenly over dough.
- Top with spinach, mozzarella, feta, and oregano.
- Bake 12–15 minutes until crust is golden and cheese is bubbly.
Notes
Add olives or artichokes for extra Greek flavor.
