  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 3 garlic cloves minced
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • 1 tsp ground cumin
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 0.5 tsp black pepper
Creamy Feta Sauce
  • 0.75 cup feta cheese crumbled
  • 0.5 cup Greek yogurt plain
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 garlic clove
Wrap Components
  • 4 pita breads warmed
  • 1 cup cucumber sliced
  • 1 cup tomato diced
  • 0.5 cup red onion thinly sliced

Method
 

  1. Heat olive oil in a skillet and sauté garlic briefly.
  2. Add ground beef and cook until browned.
  3. Season beef with oregano, cumin, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  4. Blend feta sauce ingredients until smooth.
  5. Warm pita bread.
  6. Assemble wraps with sauce, beef, and vegetables.
