- Boil potatoes until tender and mash with butter and milk.
- Season and sear chicken until golden and cooked through.
- Cook garlic in butter, deglaze with broth, add cream and simmer.
- Return chicken to skillet and glaze with sauce.
- Serve over mashed potatoes with extra sauce.
Notes
Do not overcrowd pan for proper browning. Warm milk before mashing potatoes.
