Method
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a Bundt pan thoroughly.
- Whisk together flour, baking powder, and salt.
- Cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
- Add eggs one at a time, then mix in vanilla.
- Alternate adding dry ingredients and milk, mixing gently.
- Divide batter and mix cocoa with a portion to create chocolate batter.
- Layer vanilla and chocolate batters in the pan and swirl gently.
- Bake 50–60 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean. Cool before serving.
Notes
Do not over-swirl to maintain defined marble pattern.
