- Finely chop spinach and squeeze out excess moisture.
- In a large bowl, combine all ingredients until just mixed.
- Form mixture into 4 equal patties.
- Heat a lightly oiled skillet over medium heat.
- Cook patties 5–6 minutes per side until golden and cooked through.
- Rest burgers for 2 minutes before serving.
Notes
Do not overmix to keep burgers tender and juicy.
