  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic minced
  • 0.5 tsp salt
  • 0.5 tsp black pepper
  • 0.5 cup Parmesan cheese freshly grated

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Toss Brussels sprouts with olive oil, garlic, salt, and pepper in a mixing bowl.
  3. Arrange sprouts cut-side down on the baking sheet in a single layer.
  4. Roast for 20 minutes, then flip the sprouts.
  5. Sprinkle Parmesan evenly over the sprouts and return to oven.
  6. Roast another 10–15 minutes until golden and crispy. Serve hot.

Notes

For extra crispiness, avoid overcrowding the pan and use freshly grated Parmesan.
