Ingredients
  

Roasted Brussels Sprouts
  • 1.5 lbs Brussels sprouts trimmed and halved
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic minced
  • 0.5 tsp salt
  • 0.25 tsp black pepper
  • 0.5 tsp paprika optional
  • 0.5 cup Parmesan cheese freshly grated
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice optional

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Trim and halve the Brussels sprouts.
  3. Toss Brussels sprouts with olive oil, garlic, salt, pepper, and paprika.
  4. Spread on the baking sheet cut side down.
  5. Roast 22–28 minutes or until crisp and deeply browned.
  6. Remove from oven and sprinkle with most of the Parmesan.
  7. Add lemon juice and remaining Parmesan before serving.

Notes

For extra crispiness, preheat the baking sheet before adding the sprouts.
