Method
- Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Trim and halve the Brussels sprouts.
- Toss Brussels sprouts with olive oil, garlic, salt, pepper, and paprika.
- Spread on the baking sheet cut side down.
- Roast 22–28 minutes or until crisp and deeply browned.
- Remove from oven and sprinkle with most of the Parmesan.
- Add lemon juice and remaining Parmesan before serving.
Notes
For extra crispiness, preheat the baking sheet before adding the sprouts.
