Garlic Parmesan Cheeseburger Bombs

Golden baked biscuit bombs stuffed with seasoned beef and melted cheese, brushed with garlic Parmesan butter.

Ingredients
  

Filling
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 0.5 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 0.5 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 cup shredded cheese mozzarella or cheddar
Dough & Topping
  • 1 can refrigerated biscuit dough
  • 4 tbsp unsalted butter melted
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 0.5 cup Parmesan cheese grated
  • 1 tbsp parsley chopped

Equipment

  • Mixing bowls
  • Baking sheet
  • Wire rack
  • Hand mixer or stand mixer

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Cook ground beef in a skillet until browned; drain grease and season.
  3. Flatten biscuit dough and add beef and cheese to center.
  4. Seal dough tightly around filling and place seam-side down.
  5. Mix melted butter, garlic, Parmesan, and parsley.
  6. Brush bombs with garlic Parmesan butter.
  7. Bake 15–18 minutes until golden brown.
  8. Brush with remaining butter and serve warm.

Notes

Serve with dipping sauces and enjoy fresh from the oven.
