Ingredients
  

Pork Chops
  • 4 pork chops bone-in or boneless
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • to taste salt and pepper
  • 1 tsp paprika optional
Garlic Butter
  • 3 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 4 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tsp dried thyme or 1 tbsp fresh
  • 1 lemon wedge optional

Equipment

  • Hand mixer or stand mixer

Method
 

  1. Pat pork chops dry and season with salt, pepper, and paprika.
  2. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
  3. Sear pork chops 3–5 minutes per side until golden brown.
  4. Reduce heat, add butter, garlic, and thyme.
  5. Baste pork chops with melted garlic butter until cooked through.
  6. Remove from heat, rest 5 minutes, garnish, and serve.

Notes

For extra flavor, spoon leftover garlic butter over the chops before serving.
