Method
- Pat pork chops dry and season with salt, pepper, and paprika.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
- Sear pork chops 3–5 minutes per side until golden brown.
- Reduce heat, add butter, garlic, and thyme.
- Baste pork chops with melted garlic butter until cooked through.
- Remove from heat, rest 5 minutes, garnish, and serve.
Notes
For extra flavor, spoon leftover garlic butter over the chops before serving.
