Ingredients
  

Chicken
  • 2 chicken breasts cut into bite sized pieces
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 3 tbsp butter
  • 4 cloves garlic minced
  • 0.5 tsp salt
  • 0.5 tsp black pepper
  • 0.5 tsp paprika
Pasta
  • 8 oz pasta
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 0.75 cup parmesan cheese grated
  • 1 tsp italian seasoning
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 1 tbsp parsley chopped

Equipment

  • Mixing bowls
  • Large skillet
  • Pot for pasta
  • Wooden spoon

Method
 

  1. Cook pasta in salted boiling water until al dente then drain.
  2. Season chicken with salt pepper and paprika.
  3. Heat olive oil in skillet and cook chicken bites until golden and fully cooked.
  4. Add butter and garlic then cook until fragrant.
  5. Remove chicken and set aside.
  6. Add butter and cream to skillet and simmer gently.
  7. Stir in parmesan cheese and Italian seasoning until smooth.
  8. Add pasta and cooked chicken back to skillet then toss well.
  9. Garnish with parsley and serve warm.
